This website www.discoveramari.gr («Site») belongs to the “Municipality of Amari” (“Municipality”) and its use is subject to the following conditions:

1) The “Site” includes content (“Content”) that is the intellectual property of the “Municipality” and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as the relevant international conventions. This “Content” includes, but is not limited to, texts, images and videos belonging to the “Municipality” all of which are protected under applicable copyright laws.

2) The ‘’Municipality’’ encourages the private use of the Site and Content for personal information, as well as the use for educational or research purposes. However, the use within the context of a business or service or organization is not considered as private use. For educational or research purposes only, the reproduction or storage of individual pages or data is permitted, with the necessary condition that their origin is indicated by the “Site” (www.discoveramari.gr).

3) It is strictly prohibited to store, reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute any part of the “Content” of the “Site” for commercial purposes or for any other use that does not fall under paragraph 2.

4) The use of the “Site” must be done exclusively for legal purposes and in a way that does not limit or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor/user must comply with the rules and provisions of applicable Greek, European and international law and is obliged to use the “Site” in accordance with the law, good manners and these Terms of Use. The visitor/user is obliged to refrain from any illegal and abusive behavior when using it and in relation to it, and assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the “Municipality” and/or a third party from bad or unfair use of the “Site” and/ and related services offered through it.

5) The “Municipality” declares that it makes every effort to ensure that all content and information displayed on the “Site” is characterized, as far as possible, by accuracy, clarity, correctness, completeness, timeliness and availability, however it does not guarantee that the pages, services, options and content will be provided uninterrupted and error-free, and that errors will be corrected; Also, the “Municipality” does not guarantee that the same or any other related website or the servers (“servers”) through which they are placed to the visitor/user are provided without “viruses” or other harmful components. The “Municipality” is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, services, options and contents of the “Site” in which he proceeds on his own initiative and with the knowledge of the Terms of Use.

6) The personal data that users may enter to send electronic messages to the Communication of the “Site”, are included in the files of the “Municipality”, are used exclusively for better service and updating and are in no way reproduced or made available to third parties .

Any processing of personal data is always carried out in the interests of users, respecting the principles of legality, transparency, accuracy, availability and integrity in all its forms, as well as that, in full harmony with the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) implements Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures to protect users’ personal data and ensure their privacy.

7) The “Municipality” reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the Terms of Use of the “Site” and to publish them on this page.
