The village church, dedicated to Agios Panteleimon, is located in the center of the Meronas settlement, in a location with an amazing view. It is a two-aisled vaulted church, built in the 19th century with an impressive bell tower that dominates the village. The tower-like belfry stands above the northern entrance of the church and abuts the wall of the corresponding side.

The church celebrates every year on July 27, the day of the feast of Agios Panteleimon.
