It still operates today as a cheese factory and can be found climbing the Mavrou Korifi hill, at the Petromouri location, hidden under the branches of a huge holly tree and protected behind a large rock. This low architecture, built exclusively with stones from the area, can barely be distinguished in the stony landscape that surrounds it.
